Payments & Creator Earnings

Creative Souls Garden allows creators to sell books directly on the platform and accept voluntary tips from community members. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Payment Processing. All payments — including book sales and tip jars — are processed through Creative Souls Garden's merchant payment account (powered by Base44 Payments). We do not currently support direct, real-time payments to each creator's personal bank account. All transaction funds are collected by the platform on the creator's behalf.

Creator Payouts. Creators retain 100% of their proceeds, minus applicable payment processing fees. The platform does not charge a commission. Earnings are distributed to creators on a monthly basis via an agreed-upon method (bank transfer, PayPal, or similar). Creators are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any taxes owed on their earnings.

Tip Jars. Tip jars are available on music tracks, collaborations, member profiles, and book pages. Tips are voluntary contributions from community members and are processed through the same merchant account. Tips are distributed to the receiving creator on the same monthly payout schedule as book sales.

Minimum Transaction Amount. The platform's payment provider requires a minimum charge of $0.50 USD per transaction. Prices and tips below this amount cannot be processed.

Refunds & Disputes. Refund and dispute handling is managed by the payment provider according to their policies. We will cooperate with all parties in resolving any disputes related to transactions on the platform.

External Sales. Creators may also link to external stores (Amazon, Gumroad, their own website, etc.) for book sales. Transactions conducted on external platforms are solely between the creator and that platform — Creative Souls Garden is not involved and bears no responsibility for external sales.
